Hello! My name is Sana Barakat and I am excited to be joining the team at LiveCa as a Customer Success Specialist. I graduated from University of Toronto with a Bachelors degree in Professional Writing and Communication, after finishing university I dove into the Sales and Customer Success world and I have been in it ever since. My passion for helping people and guiding businesses has always been the main reason why I fell in love with Customer Success. A few of my passions outside of work is playing soccer, discovering new coffee shops in the city or wherever place I travel to and being in the company of family and friends. For the most part, I am a homebody and enjoy a good book to read on my downtime.
